6. Conflict resolution: The following steps will be follow to resolve conflict or disagreement in the team, (in particular where team members fail to attend meetings, communicate with other team members, complete required tasks, or acts in ways the contradict the commitments made in this contract.)

Cast a vote between members (all members have equal say)

If members are non contributing, make tutor aware
Step 4
Consult with tutor for resolution of conflict (last resort)
It is your collective responsibility to approach this task by Task Force Leader will not resolve these for you. Your Task Force Leader may act as a mediator as a last resort.
